Silverado 17" Steelies

I picked these up today:

17x7.5 from a Silverado

I was looking to replace my stock steel 15s with steel 17s. For 40 bucks these seemed like a good deal. I'll be repainting them silver and using my stock center caps. By my measurements, they will stick out about 1" further than my current wheels.

Since I want to stick with a 29" tire, I'm trying to decide between 235/65R17 and 255/60R17.

Does anybody have pictures of either of these sizes?

Also, is anybody else running these wheels?

There are some members here running these. I'm sure someone will post pics, but you will have to bore out the center hole for the hub

4 Brand New General Altimax HP 255 60R17 106H | eBay

I'm sure they're not the best, but they're super cheap.

i am running these on my 2wd truck lowered 2/3 im running 235/50/17 up front and 255/55/17 in the rear i had to have the center bored and to run the silverado center caps you need the lug nuts off a pontiac vibe it took a year of looking around junk yards to figure this out i had done my research everybody who runs these wheels never tell u what lugs to run you can use your factory lugs and caps it will look good but it will look better with the right center caps

also mine do not stick out any more then half an inch only in the rear and my wheels were from a 4x4 silverado sorry no pics
