if modding is the name of the game, i'm starting to buy parts to upgrade my stereo. would any one want to help me throw it together for this meet? i'm coming up regardless, but i would love the advice of the great and almighty NEC in putting the system in the truck. jus going to be replacing my head unit, door speakers and adding an eight inch sub and underseat box.

I will try and bring up some clear reflectors that I would not call perfect and we can work out prices there if you or anyone else interested.

And baking is not as hard as it looks maybe I will bring my heat gun to do a little demo even though I usually use an oven.

sounds good, i was thinking of taking ferry possibly from port jeff, only cuts like 10 miles off for me, but saves on tolls. not sure how much the ferry is but figured i could get some good pictures too lol.

tolls are probably cheaper, i havent taken a ferry in YEARS since i used to goto foxwoods, so i cant even remember if its $10 a trip or a $100 a trip. I dont remember being angry so it was probably reasonable lol. port jeff ferry page seems not to load for me right now either.

i was actually worried about potholes and shit up on 95 between the throgs neck and exiting the bronx area. was there the other day, they havent FIXED SHIT yet, and there are always like 15 people pulled over on side of road during day because they hit a pothole doing 65+mph. figure ferry will eliminate that route.

 

I always use the Whitestone to the huch for that reason and then we can jump on the merit parkway up there.

I think the ferry is like $50 or $55 for car an driver so kinda sucks more than the tolls.

 

ah damn. was hoping it was like $20-30. i cant seeem to pull up any of the ferry pages on google either, seems to be down? so does the cached versions, weird shit.

 

ya i like the hutch, always a bunch of police speed traps there though. since im not driving a car that does 100mph anymore though im good with hutch lol.
