yea. today was a total clusterfuck. i had to go buy tools so i could cut my tie rods and tie rod ends to get an alignment. did all that and went to mount my tires. the lug nuts i bought for the truck wouldnt work because the tire iron wouldnt fit in the holes. so i bought locking ones. put those on. the nuts were tightened all the way down and the tires were still lose. i even busted a nut (no pun intended) trying to tighten those things down. turns out they arent deep enough. went to the tire shop and got new longer lug nuts from them and just decided to have them mount it while i was there.

 

haha "busted a nut" dude GMFS ftw! that thing is manly! I see a lot of those around here and I always get jealous

i swear if i hear you complain about gas milage, i will send someone to kick you in the nut sack. lol

i dont see it being worse than the canyon. these tires arent all that much larger than stock. i doubt my mileage will be hurt much. speaking of which i need to retune it for the new tire size before i forget.

Rims are too popular for my taste, but they still look good none the less.

i see these rims all the time online. there is one guy i work with who has them but aside from that i very rarely see them in person.

glad to see its completely finished lol. wheels/tires make the truck loo a ton better. those 325's are waaay to wide for my truck as we seen when i mounted em lol.

 

lol you should see the front track width. they stick out so far its ridiculous. the 325s are to wide for my truck to. im going to step down to 315s next time. im going to have to trim a good bit.

lol. front track width is fkin wide! im sure mine will be wide with the spindles also. i kind of like how those tires look on your truck. im a fool for wide tires lol. according to gmfullsize i like the cencali trucks lol.

 

yea its ridiculous. when the tires were mounted they could barely get it off the lift. the cen cal style they talk about is big rims with little tires on a huge lift. basically 33x12.50 on a 20x12 or 35x12.50 on 22x12 with a 15" lift. its retarded imo.

i need to finish my system. i have all the stuff sitting in my house i just havent felt like ripping my interior apart to install it. i might get a billet grill. maybe some tow mirrors. my exhaust is dumped right now. thinking about changing it to run tips out the sides behind the rear tires. maybe even changing the 40 series to a 50 series flowmaster. cold air intake. thats about it. if i get sick of it being so high might get some nfab or amp steps for it.
