i have this set up but ur going to have to change ur rims i belive i got h3s and i clear 31.5-10.50s also for a bad ass tire look at tread wrights guard dogs 265-75-16 oh wait i do rub a lil no lock to lock i still need spacers

 

If i picked up some z71 wheels would that fix it? I think there an inch or two wider than stock z85 wheels

ya that will work see the z85 are to narrow

 

I don't know if 2wd is different, but on 4x4, Z85 wheels are 6.5" wide, Z71 wheels are 7" wide (not a couple of inches wider).

Your door sticker will tell you the size of your stock wheel.

I've got 245/75/16 on stock z85 rims. If you go 265 I would recommend new rims too

Recently purchased a 2008 canyon extended cab, 4wd 3.7 SLE no Z71.
Already tired of brake dust and have always liked the solid "centerline" type wheel.
The best option now is the American Racing "Outlaw 1". Is anyone running this wheel? Any chance you could post a pic of your truck with them? If so with what offset if any and any recommendations on tire sizes. I want a bit more height with out going overboard in terms of a "Mudder" tire.
