Before attempting to start newly swapped motor, I went to fill all fluids. The trans was still disconnected so I left the coolant lines disconnected from the radiator.
When I went to fill radiator, the fluid started pouring out the trans coolant port. I was confused for a bit.
Is this normal? When the trans coolant line is connected, does it make a good seal that separates both engine and trans coolant while still preventing leaks?
