I was given this kit. Four spray bottles and the hardner aswell as the spray gun. I finally pulled it out and rolled my gate to try it out. I rolled it on since i don't have a compressor. I'm pretty satisfied though. Don't really put much back there, just wanted to get rid of the drop in liner due to rattling from my bass. Here's a few pics of the gate. Ill be doing the rest tomorrow hopefully.

It should still be good. Stir it or shake the bottle whatever is easier late tonight and do it tomorrow befor you apply it. With herculiner I did not have to mix anything. It was pre-mixed.

No dumb questions bro! If your not sure just ask, I'm sure someone will be able to help you out!

Yeah get rid of the plastic liner next. I started doing my bed after getting rid of the liner because there was so much rubbing going on it rubbed to the metal. Just take time and scuff everywhere. I need to finish mine at some point ..

I did my whole bed with the raptor liner. I scuffed everything with a combination of a wire wheel and steel wool. I did it with the spray gun. I only used 3 bottles to cover the whole bed, but I have some thin spots. One of theses days I'm goi g to mix up the fourth bottle and go over some things again. This stuff will chip if you stab it hard with the point of a shovel. I've hauled like 4 loads of topsoil and a load of mulch and it has held up good. I bought a rattle can of rustoleum liner and I just rattle can the spots that chip. Like I said I'd like to go over some of the spots that get hit with a shovel more often when I mix up the fourth bottle to thicken it up a little.

Hi all
I've just pulled out my hardliner and sure enough it was rubbed down to bare metal in a couple of places. I want to keep the hardliner as it is a work truck and I carry sand , gravel and lots of other ugly stuff but does anyone know what is the best to put on the bed before I re-fit the plastic liner?
Thanks for any ideas
Jacko
