you will have to get the hub bored out to 4" as they sit right now they won't fit cause the tahoe has a smaller hub bore.

 

Only 2500s had the same bore.

 

2500's are 8 lug.H3's had the same bore tho

 

Tires will be too big if they are the stock 275/55's. If you wanted to use those tires youd need a bit of lift I would think.

A 275 will very likely rub too. They rub 4x4's all the time unless they have wheels with the correct backspace. Stock wheels, not the proper backspace.

Before we get too far along that tangent, you should tell us what size tires they are and we can calculate the diameter for you (if you don't know how to do it yourself). If the above size is true, you'll need to lift the front a little bit to clear the diameter if you have a Z85. If you have a Z71, it's a little close. Those will look big on a Z85 too, like an afterthought and somebody crammed the tires under the fenders. My tire is 31.7, the size above is 31.9. I'm a 1.5" lifted Z85 4x4 and the tires look almost proportional to the truck (tires are slightly tall). Plus I have aftermarket wheels with a different backspace than stock so my 265's don't actually rub.

The tires most guys run is a 245/45 but that only looms good if you are dropped or planning to drop. Not too sure if your wanting to lower a 4x4, so I guess itd depend on what your wanting to do.

I rubbed on my z85 with 5.5 inches up front at 3/4 lock. I was running 275/45s if I remember right (32" tall and 11" wide). I also had 1.5" wheel spacers on the truck so I didn't have to bore them

275 will not rub in the rear, at least my 275/40/18s aren't.
