I would like to convert my rear sliding window to a solid window.

What's involved and what should I expect to pay? Do I just take it to an auto glass shop and tell them what I want? Mine's an '09 Ext. Cab.

I have been wanting to do that same mod Rich. The slider is even more useless in a CC. I have opened it maybe 5 times in 6 years.

no trade, just want to buy it and get it done. I never use the slider, hate cleaning three pieces of glass and hate the way it protrudes out the back. One pices glass just looks so much cleaner... Wish that I could have deleted it when I ordered the truck, but that wasn't an option with the 3LT.

Yeah Io agree with you Rich!

The rear glass is cheap to buy. Install cost should not be that bad!

I've always wanted the sliding glass but everyone seems to not like theirs. whats up with that? if you decide to go for a trade or end up getting rid of your sliding glass i might be interested.
Me too!!

I guess the Grass is always Greener.....

I've looked into a Slider Swap before, but didn't like how it sticks out a bit.

Would be nice on the Reg Cab though.

Yeah I had rented a Titan awhile back and loved that rear power slider

Yeah I'd sell it, shipping might be more then what sits worth. But we will see.

I have power slider on my silverado and use it all the time (ladies love it). Nobody makes a power conversion kit for the window?
