seen Meyer's weld fail on the front bag mounts, totaling the tacoma.
whoaaa whoaa dont assume anything. But according to some sources, the frame of the taco cracked. And I was assured that his welds never failed. I know meyer personally and his work speaks for itself. Hes one of the best on the island, if not...thee best. Id rather take my truck to him than take it to any shop. No drama intended but get your story straight before you say stuff like that. Just saying

Yup I seen Meyers work it fukn cherry ..

What do you guy think I should run dual 444's or 480's viair compressors ? Also which whould you guys recommend ss or re baggz ?

Definitely the RE bags... they are proven man. With the SS's, they advertise more lift and higher pressures, but they are cheaper.... something just doesn't add up, ya know?

For the compressor, it's a tough choice between the 444 and the 480. Both are 100% duty cycle, 200 psi. The 480's have a slightly higher cfm, and faster fill times... but it's not a huge difference. The "intercooled" heads on the 444's mean they run cooler, and I think they are a bit quieter also.

I went with 480's for the slightly quicker fill time... but you can't go wrong with either.

Definitely recommend the REs as well. The REs hav a metal plate where as the SS have a hard plastic for the plate. I had issues with the SSs where the bag was starting to seperate from the bag itself.

As for the compressors, if your going dual i'd suggest buying the cheaper one because two of either of those models should satisfy your needs. So it will be a decision based on personal preference.

Order my dual 444 viair avs had it on sale .do you guys think 2 5 gollan tank be able to work wit the 2 444's .also which notch sould I go with ?

In the process of bagging my truck I'll be buying the parts since the shops here in Hawaii is hella pricey .they were selling the dual 444 for 400 >=\ .so I'll be buy parts here and there .thanks for the help guys

7s all around would be cool, but it's realistically easier to put 6s in the front... Anybody who had bagged one of these knows that the front isn't roomy... But I know 7s are doable, personal preference is what it come down to... More custom/difficult generally=more time and $

Well the truck he built was totaled, the frame ripped. The frame wouldnt have ripped if there was no bag mount, therefor its his fault the frame ripped. People will say anything to cover their ass. Everyone makes mistakes, no matter how good they are. No drama intended.

I think about it I'm going with a 5g tank.you guys think that should fit under the bed since every thing going be hidden since the 444's come with mounting plate so weld to the frame .
5g is boring. You'll see people dance their truck and wish you had more air.

The cando 4 link canti are reserves links, so I doubt you'll have room for everything to fit under your bed. I just ended up raising my bed floor to give myself more room and keep everything high off the ground as possible.
