I have a very annoying vibration coming from the door panels at the front of the rear doors on an extended cab. Any advice on what it could be and how to take off the interior panel on a rear door of an extended cab.

It's the same idea, they are attached the same way.

unscrew the screws, wedge a screw driver in the bottom of the panel and pop the clip things out and just pull it off
Exactly.

You'll have to pop your seatbelts off.

Door panels all come off the same way, just get a door trim puller and lever it off. I did it on my 2005 when I dynamat xtreme'd and swapped my speakers.

You'll need a big ass torx (t50) to get the seatbelts off in order to completely remove the panel.
The seat belts are on the back wall not the doors.

Rear Side Access Door Trim Panel Replacement

Removal Procedure

  1. Remove the front seat belt assembly.

    • Open the front seat belt upper guide shoulder bolt trim cover (4).
    • Remove the front seat belt upper guide shoulder bolt (5).

On extended cab models, the front seat belt retractor/pretensioner is located in the rear door, not the rear corner of the cab.

  2. Remove the 2 retaining screws from the armrest.

  3. Gently pull the lower side access door trim panel away from the door.
  4. Remove any fasteners from the door and reinsert them in the lower side access door trim panel before installing the panel on the door.

  5. Grasp the upper side access door trim panel and pull panel away from the door to release the fasteners.
  6. Remove any fasteners from the door and reinsert them in the upper side access door trim panel before installing the panel on the door.

I found that ony my excab the door itself was actually mis adjusted and when i would hit big bumps it would sort of rattle because the striker plate wasnt adjusted in far enough on the bottom sill plate. so I loosed the bolt and moved it in a little to snug up the door, just dont go too far cuz then your front door and excab door might not line up perfectly.

with your front door open and second door closed, push/pull in/out on it to see if there is any movement when latched, there should be VERY LITTLE if any. also you may want to put a little dab of grease(lithium, w/e) on the little plastic spring loaded slider thats underneath the front of the excab door, sometimes it rattles a little when close and it needs a little thick lubrication.
