yea .well, most of it i may be open saturday
we have a parade friday night, sunday afternoon, monday mid day and big one tuesday night . We(sheriffs office) along with city police work every damn event in this damn town . all hands on deck

and i'm guessing you can't bring in any other departments to alleviate the tension because they have the same problem?

it started out as just city, it got to big and to much to do alone
sheriff volunteered to step in and do part/half, they dont like paying overtime or reserves so they just work us more for comp time .
