Recently picked up a 2004 extended cab Colorado as a shop project. I`ve mostly owned older vehicles as projects but wanted something a little less conspicuous. Our other cars/trucks are 72 Monte race car BBC w/ nitrous, 67 GMC Suburban supercharged 6.2, 70 Chevy panel truck TPI swap (beater truck), and most recent my sons 80 Fairmont LS turbo streeter.
Our plans will be to lower it a little, and do a budget LS swap, either a turbo or charger depending on what`s around.
I`ve fallen in love with the Colorado already lol, its a ZQ3 with a mild lift kit to clear the over sized tired, that will be the first thing to go. Truck is high mileage but very straight and no rust at all. Hope to learn from other on here, thanks Charlie Street Smart.
