New to the site and to colorados completely. I have wanted to step into one since 05. Now that I have finished my last project I finally have the chance to do so, to find out they are quite difficult to work with adds interest to this build. Here is a pic of my starter truck and also a Pic of my last truck that was issued in Minitruckin 3 issues back.

Link to the full feature of said truck!

thanks for the welcome and good words everyone!

I have a lot in store for this build. Think im going to start with s10 front clip build, all custom built frame and suspension. Ls motor , laying rocker on 22s disc rear brakes. Just a few ideas hopefully it will all come together, even if it takes me awhile!

Welcome to the nation, can't wait to see your progress, absoutley love the old mighty max trucks and yours looks great. They can be a bit difficult, but if you've already buil a mighty max, then it's nothing new to you. There is slowly more parts becoming available for them, last time i looked mmw is now making upper, lower, and drop spindles for them now.

S10 front is pretty nice. ive mounted the colorado rack and pinion into the S10 clip.

but id say in the next few months ill design and build a new custom from suspension for looks and function.

if you are going through the hassle of a new chassis build a custom front suspension, you'll be happier in the long run.
