Plastic molding under wipers

Hey guys,

Does anyone know if just the rubber molding can be replaced on the plastic piece below the wipers?.. Is it called an air deflector?.. Anyway the rubber is starting to crack so I'm looking to fix it.. Here's a picture

i don't think that it can be ordered separately, it seemed to be one solid piece when I took mine off to paint it

Mine is literally breaking off in pieces, the hot GA sun has taken its toll on it. But im not paying $200 or $100 for a rubber piece.
