I cant see anyone getting pissed over that, it looks sweet as hell and advertises his site..only issue may be he's not gettin paid...as if he wanted to dell some and people bought these instead..if i were him i would let this cat make the things and take a cut from it..it does look really good! But thats imo...everyone knows that dont matter! lol

well, ryan would be correct other than i'm covered under supermodulations domain. anything pertaining to the website is technically owned and trademarked under his company, in other words, i dont have to copyright shit, its already covered.

i'm not sure why people as of late think they can just take something that isnt theirs and go to town with it. legally, yes, i could sue the pants off him if he sold anything having to do with 355nation without my permission. the question is, do i want to...the answer is no, but rest assured i will be contacting him tonight after work on his potential copyright infringement.

if i really wanted to be a dick i could have him court ordered to remove the sticker. regardless, it is a nice design but i still fail to see why we're having this issue so much lately.

im going to say the reason this is happening alot is because the interweb has made it alot easier to hit copy and than have it made. also people now a days want everything done yesterday mostly, and this is more convient than ordering online and you see it in person instead of just a pic.

but idk.

Point blank, Mxman should have contacted MC about using the 355Nation logo/trademark before making the design.

It's nice to see the enthusiasm in there, but he just went the wrong way about doing it.

And Punisher is spot on, be as creative as you can; just be sure to ask permission if need be.
