If she's cranking fine, and there's fuel in the lines, then the Passlock is acting up buddy. Give it like ten minutes then try again..stupid ass pass lock on these trucks is a joke. Disable the shit soon as you can.
Never heard of one on our trucks but I know what your talking about. I know some used to be sensitive and you could hit a vehicle with your fist and trigger it.
ya on my b3000 the sensor was right under the passenger kik pannel.... so smart.. idk how many times i had a exited passenger that kiked off the pump...\
Not to get off topic, but aren't those passenger side kick panel pump shut off switches only 'roll over' switches. I mean, does an impact actually trip it, or do they only shut off the supply in a roll over?
Well I put the battery back on and notting , when I turn the key and start cranking the the lock key is fashing, on and off. I don't know I will check it in the AM
The lock key symbol on the dash is the passlock. You're trying to steal you truck, and it won't let you. Hopefully the truck will make friends with you in 10-15 minutes and you can drive away into the sunset. Well, the sunrise maybe.
Leave the key on run, when the lock stops flashing you will be able to start the truck. Mine does the same thing, but it will not even crank until 10 min goes by and the light stops flashing.
mine did this last year at my friends shop, good thing he was friends with a guy at the dealer ship and had him come out to mess with it. and i have no hids
