Most of the wheels that you have listed do need modifications to make them work.

Had the same login ago but I hadn't logged in in a while so I guess it got deleted.

I hate my stock 15s with 205/75/15s... brutal.

Stock height extended cab Z85 and I don't really want to lower it but I need to get rid of the wheels. Spent tons of time (and money) on my S-10 once upon a time and don't have the money right now to get into this truck too much.

BUT I NEED TO GET RID OF THOSE WHEELS!!

Thinking I can maybe find a cheap set at a crap yard and bore them out... maybe?

 

Maybe not scrap yard, but craigslist or ebay. there over priced on there. but most likely someone will get them before they hit a scrap yard if there worth saving.

but def get rid of those stock wheels. i hate mine 2

gonna try and get rid of the stock ones soon (winter wheel set to be!)... chrome 18/20s look akward on a Z85 unless it's dropped at least 2/3.

Probably looking for some alloys. Trucks an ext cab Z85, "steal gray metallic" aka blue/gray.

 

Think you can go back to 1999 and up GM 1500 series, Silvarado, Sierra, Tahoe, Yukon, Suburban, Escalade.....In fact you could go way out of the box and slap on a set of 1986.5, yes .5 half year model, was when the "hardbody" was introduced. Nissan PU wheels....hahahaha

 

yea don't go to the junk yards,they are proud of there damaged wheels(I've tried).

Also the Toyota Tundra's,Sequoia's,and 4 Runners,I belive it to might fit also.....:welcome2:

 

I got a pair of '95 Nissan Pathfinder wheels from pull a part for $40 to put a set of studded tires on. They don't look terrible but I wouldn't want to run them all the time. I use them for if I'm going up to the mountains or around here when it's going to snow more than 2-3 inches.

 

These are my gm aftermarket wheels. You can put chevy,gmc or cadilac center caps in them. They are 20s with a 255/45 tire on stock zq8 suspension

i have the 07+ GMC Sierrea 17s wrapped in 245/40s up front and 275/40s out back alomg with a bunch of other rims,,,,,,,,,,,,,yes imma wheel whore lol

 

What mods did you have to make? I have chance to buy a set just like yours:wavey:with tires for 450. I think I can get him to come down to 400 or less. I just need to know if I am going to have to sink more money into them to get them to work on my truck (Z85 4x4 Extended Cab V8).

if they are the 6lug then i believe yes they do... i have seen a few 355s around here with those style of wheel on......the only thing idk about is the center bore

Nope, they are 6x4.5.Only vehicle I know of with that bolt pattern.

 

I saw an older style frontier with Titans on so I know some year models there will work with boring

 

According to TireRack.com, the 07 Frontier is 6x114...I know this because I was gonna buy my dad's Frontier wheels and did some checking and found out it was a no-go. Just trying to add something worthwhile when I can :thumbup2:

 

here's what I'm working with...

NEED to get rid of the wheels A S A P , don't really want to lower it so I'm thinking 17" - 18" alloys... going to look for some factory GMC wheels.

Stock Z85, worth going bigger overall diameter with the tires?? Speedo will be off but probably look a little better?

I bought mine with the same wheels and hated the. I put on Z71's first, then ZQ8, then finally Extremes

 

Look sweet with some escalade 22s. I think they are like a 7 spoke. Kinda pricey though
