if i were driving the flatbed truck in the slow lane i could explain the board for the stupid fuck squatting in the fast lane holding up traffic. im sure it was accident though..... why the fuck would you stage a piece of wood flying through your windshield that could easily kill you????? do you not run over shit in the road sometimes? he was following a truck with trailer that was riding beside another truck, with something in the road there is nowhere to go but run over it
