awesome to see another person opting for a long bed on a crew cab! i always wondered why more of the fully custom back half guys dont all go this route. looks so much better.

Subscribed I always wanted do do this with my spare 6' bed!! Interested in how you narrowed the full size diff?? Is it the same width as the Colorado was, and what length are the moser axles, how much did they cost?

Did you use a jig to narrow the rear?

 

I had moser do the housing and axles so I didn't have to mess with it. I took it to them and it was only 250 to have it all done

 

250.00 for narrowing and new axles?? what did you npay for the diff?

The axles were cut and resplined and I changed the rear end out of a truck cuz they thought it was bent but it wasn't

 

Just got back from the metal shop and picked up all the stuff to build the 4 link hope to get it mocked up tonight

and 250 for resplining and narrowing your rear? thats a sweet friggin deal man! i have a buddy who had his z85 rear narrowed to tuck 22's a few years ago and he said it could him 800! yikes!

 

Ya 250 was for all of it I had to tear it down and put it back together but it was well worth it and WOW 800 I guess they did hook me up lol
