Why bother with the TVS1900? Why not go with the TVS2300?

So I did the numbers figuring a 15% drivetrain loss!

STOCK Flywheel
300 HP
320 TQ

TVS1900
435.39 HP Flywheel
424.8 TQ Flywheel

So an improvement of 135hp and 104ftlb with the tune, not to shabby!

$5950/135HP = $44.07 per 1 HP

Price per power ratio is pretty damn good!

First of all this is pretty fricken sweet! Glad someone has done it. I've thought about selling my truck to do the same, now that there is a kit it is even more tempting...the problem is I like the xtreme body kit too much and since I already have a high performance toy I don't really need a high performance daily. Not counting the loss I'd take to get there...

Second, why do I get ragged on so much for the cost of my system when I got a better $/HP than this?!

Same assumptions and math:
3.5L Stock
220HP Flywheel

S/C 3.5L (W2W - <$6000 installed)
306 WHP = 360 Flywheel

$6000/140HP = $42.86 per 1 HP

That's not pointed at you specifically 1BADI5. Thanks for sharing this.

You can get the 2300 for the GMT900s  It all comes down to tuning in the end!
